Active Regeneration is a program designed for people who want to take care of their fitness and muscle mass while losing fat. A diet rich in nutrients combined with daily workouts and a program of SPA treatments is a recipe for a perfect
active rest!

Extremely valuable, balanced diet satisfies the demand for all nutrients even during intense workouts. The diet provides complex carbohydrates, allowing for increased effort and the highest quality proteins necessary for regeneration and development of muscle tissue.

The diet designed by doctor Bardadyn is adapted individually, also in vegetarian, gluten-free and vegetarian-gluten-free versions.

The package includes:

7 nights in a comfortable room or in a fully equipped family apartment with a kitchenette,
Full board based on an individual diet prepared by doctor Bardadyn (5 high-quality meals a day),
6-week diet plan, for the time after the stay, to maintain the effects of the diet,
Individual online dietary consultation (consultation is a necessary and additionally paid element: PLN 269 per person/package, prepared within 72 hours of completing the online survey),
Initial and final tests of body composition and body circumferences,
Daily fitness program with experienced coaches:

Morning start with elements of cold sea swimming,

Meals

Gwiazda Morza includes four restaurants, created to suit the diverse preferences of our guests.

N54o Restaurant - a place where you can taste our chef's author dishes and enjoy the view the forest. All dishes on the menu are made from the freshest local ingredients. A rich selection of wines and occasional themed buffets add to the whole.

H12 Restaurant - here you can have lunch with family or friends, and have a friendly chat with a good coffee. You will try light cuisine based on highest-quality regional products and fresh fish from the Baltic Sea.

Beach Club - catering zone in the heart of the beach of Władysławowo. Delicate dishes composed of the Baltic fish and refreshing lemonades and cocktails are the main elements of the Beach Club menu.

Sky Bar - located on level +4 the resort offering the Infinity pool and an extensive view of the Gulf of Gdansk and the open sea. It provides you with relaxation of the highest standard. You can choose from a wide range of cocktails and drinks, on top of original meals.

Attractions and location

Only 120 meters separate "the Star of the Sea" resort from a wide, sandy beach by the open sea. It is located in the vicinity of the Seaside Park with a wide network of cycling, walking, and running paths. Nearby, you will also find a picturesque cliff in Chłapowo and the Cape Rozewie with a lighthouse. During the season, there are regular cruises from the harbour of Władysławowo. You can join the local organized canoeing trips.

Pets are welcome in the Gwiazda Morza Resort SPA&SPORT. We donate 15 PLN to the Pomeranian Wildlife Rehabilitation Center "Ostoja" for each four-legged guest in Pomieczyn. The total cost of the pet's stay is 150 PLN.
